Day 1 Vancouver,Thu, 9 May, 2019:Upon arrival in Vancouver, make your own arrangements from the airport to Georgian Court Hotel which is located in downtown Vancouver, steps away from Robson Streets chic shops and Yaletown’s happening restaurants.

Day 2 Vancouver to Ketchikan,Fri, 10 May, 2019: Enjoy everything that lively Vancouver has to offer before boarding The Celebrity Solstice for your 7 day cruise at 4:30PM.

Known as the ‘Salmon Capital of the World’, Ketchikan is also the ancestral home of the Tlingit people, who have carved the world’s largest collection of totem poles. If you’re up for an adventure, take a canoe and nature trail excursion through the rain forest or a wilderness exploration followed by a sumptuous crab feast you’ll long remember. Day 5 Tracy Arm Fjords & Glacier, Mon, 13 May, 2019:

Southeast of Juneau lies a narrow 30-mile waterway that delivers epic views of the twin Sawyer glaciers. Hear the thunderous crack as the glaciers calve and send house-sized chunks of ice plummeting into the waters of this awe-inspiring fjord. You’ll witness crashing waterfalls, breathtaking snow-dusted mountain peaks, humpback whales, harbor seals and much more on a Tracy Arm-Fjord cruise. Explore the rugged beauty of the great outdoors on this 30-mile long sheer-walled waterway. Day 7Skagway, Tue, 14 May, 2019:

Arrive 7am, Depart 6pm.

The great Klondike Gold Rush lives on in Skagway’s charming downtown of restored 19th-century buildings and its historic railway. Located on the edge of the wilderness, this small town saw its fair share of gold rush, get rich dreamers pass through.

Head to Klondike Gold Rush National Park Museum for an in-depth look at Klondike and the two routes out of Skagway – Chilkoot Pass and White Pass. From the vintage train, admire the mountains and see the 1898 trail that fortune seekers travelled on foot. The White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad runs the vintage locomotives through the famously steep Chilkoot Trail and offers sweeping mountain views during its climb toward Canada.

You’ll sail beyond the Inside Passage Cruise into the more protected Alaska Inside Passage, a complex labyrinth of fjords and bays where whales and sea lions find refuge during the summer months.

Day 10 Butchart Gardens Tour, Fri, 17 May, 2019:

From Victoria’s Inner Harbour, we take you to the Butchart Gardens, named a National Historic Site of Canada in 2004, the 100th birthday of the gardens. 22 Hectares (55 acres) of breathtaking gardens on the 53 hectare (130 acre) estate are visited by more than a million people each year. The gardens are glorious any time of year. Once at the gardens stroll through the floral splendour which greets you at every turn. Return to downtown Victoria on a shuttle convenient for you.

Day 11 Victoria to Vancouver, Sat, 18 May, 2019:

Depart 09:00 Arrive: 12:30

Please make your own way to the Victoria Steamship Terminal located at 470 Belleville Street.

Arrive at ferry terminal 1 hour prior to your scheduled sailing. Check-in opens 1 hour prior to departure and closes 15 minutes prior to sailing.

Upon arrival at Vancouver terminal, please take a short taxi to your hotel, Georgian Court Hotel.

Day 12 Vancouver lookout, Sun, 19 May, 2019: Complimentary admission included in Rocky Mountaineer package. Admission can be used any day during your stay in Vancouver between 9am and 10:30pm. This is an independent experience for you to enjoy at your own leisure and is not a guided tour. When you are ready to enjoy the Vancouver Lookout Tower, please make your own way to 555 West Hastings Street. Transportation to/from the Vancouver Lookout Tower is not included.

Pick up: 6:50am from The Georgian Court Hotel

Drop off: 07:15 at the Vancouver Rocky Mountaineer station

Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia’s interior. On today’s journey you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the BC Interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River. Your day concludes as the Rocky Mountaineer travels along the shores of Kamloops Lake into Kamloops. Overnight in Kamloops. Please note that all accommodation in Kamloops is of moderate standard. Breakfast and lunch will be served onboard.

The pick-up time for this morning’s motorcoach transfer to the train station is posted in the lobby of your hotel.

Boarding: 6:25am

After an overnight stay at your Kamloops hotel, transfer by motorcoach to the train station.

Your journey continues eastwards to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Once again you will see a spectacular array of scenery as you travel across ranchlands, along rocky lakeshores, over high mountain passes and through the remarkable tunnels that form part of the rich rail history of the Canadian Rockies. Today’s highlights include Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven, the climb over Rogers Pass, Kicking Horse Canyon, the Spiral Tunnels and, of course, the glaciers and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies. Your rail journey ends this evening in the mountain hamlet of Lake Louise. Breakfast and lunch will be served onboard.

Day 15 Icefields & Glaciers Experience, Wed, 22 May 2019:

Today, enjoy a full-day tour along one of the most scenic highways in the world as you travel to Jasper National Park on the Icefields Parkway. The Columbia Icefield is one of the largest accumulations of ice south of the Arctic Circle and one of the most accessible icefields in North America. At the Columbia Icefield Centre, time is provided for lunch (not included) after you have had a chance to experience the Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure (admission included).

Here you will ride on an Ice Explorer to the middle of the Athabasca Glacier to learn more about its geological features. Afterward, brief stops will be made at Bow and Peyto Lakes before arriving back in Lake Louise this afternoon. Overnight in Lake Louise.

Day 16Sightseeing Tour Yoho Park, Lake Louise- Banff, Thu, 23 May 2019:

This morning you are free to explore beautiful Lake Louise on your own. After lunch, a half-day tour takes you into Yoho National Park to view some of its natural wonders. Among the attractions are the Spiral Tunnels, Emerald Lake and a natural rock bridge that spans the Kicking Horse River. At the end of the tour you will be transferred to Banff. Overnight in Banff. Please note: While departure from The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise will be approximately 2:00 p.m., scheduled checkout time is normally 12:00 p.m. Your luggage will be stored upon checkout and you are free to enjoy the amenities of the hotel before the tour departs.

Optional activities include soaking in the mineral pools at Upper Hot Springs, enjoying a nature walk on nearby mountain trails, visiting Banff’s historic museums, cruising on Lake Minnewanka or playing a round of golf at The Fairmont Banff Springs. Overnight in Banff.

Day 18 Banff – Calgary with Panoramic Helicopter Tour, Sat 25 May 2019:

Today you will enjoy a full-day tour concluding in Calgary. Begin the morning with a sightseeing tour of Banff. Among the points of interest are Bow Falls, Lake Minnewanka, Surprise Corner and the Hoodoos. Banff Gondola included. Continue on to Kananaskis for the highlight of today’s adventure, a 12-minute Panoramic Helicopter Tour over the remarkable landscape of the Rockies. Overnight in Calgary.
